Job summary

Easterseals Central Illinois is seeking an ABA Clinical Supervisor in Bloomington, IL. The role leads ABA services, supervises BCBAs and staff, and oversees caseloads while providing direct clinical work with children and families.

Located at the Bloomington Service Center, the position emphasizes family-centered care, program development, and collaboration with the ABA Clinical Director to drive clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification with current state licensure in good standing.
• Three years of ABA experience; two+ years in supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ABA programs for children with ASD in multiple settings.
• Provide clinical supervision and staff development to teams.
• Conduct initial assessments and recommend treatment and supervision hours.
• Ensure services meet authorization and adjust staffing as needed.
• Lead case discussions, data review, and program optimization.
