Job summary

MTS Kids, part of Cicero Therapies, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Spartanburg, SC team. You will conduct assessments, provide direct intervention, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with OT, ST, PT, MH colleagues to support children and families.

Our program emphasizes data-driven progress, mentorship, and ethical caseload management. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in ABA or qualifying degree per BACB requirements.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with neurodivergent populations and data-driven decision making is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP) with support from RBTs.
• Provide direct ABA treatment and supervise RBTs.
• Deliver frequent supervision and mentorship to supervisees.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for daily notes and progress updates.
• Collaborate with OTs, STs, PTs, MH professionals and other team members.
