Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Spartanburg, SC for center and in-home cases. You will lead ABA therapy, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to drive progress for children with developmental challenges.

We offer a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, with TeleHealth supervision up to 25% to support flexible coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a BCBA certification and have strong knowledge of ABA.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective communication with families and teams.

Aufgaben

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise ABA therapy implementation.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure progress.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor data, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
