Job summary

MTS Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Spartanburg team. You will assess, treat, supervise, and mentor within a multidisciplinary pediatric ABA program, coordinating care with OTs and SLPs and maintaining EMR documentation.

The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification and SC licensure, with experience in neurodivergent populations and supervisory responsibilities. Relocation to Spartanburg is required as part of joining the team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified behavior analyst with SC licensure or eligibility.
• Experience with neurodivergent populations or developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory experience with RBTs/technicians preferred.
• Strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to make frequent data-driven decisions for progress.
• Effective communication and training of caregivers and supervisees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and yearly comprehensive assessments with support from RBTs.
• Provide direct treatment as needed.
• Provide frequent supervision and direction to supervisees.
• Complete documentation for daily notes, assessments, and updates.
• Participate in mentorship network as mentee or mentor.
• Educate and train caregivers.
• Collaborate with other therapists (OT, SLP, ABA).
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and monitor data.
• Maintain an ABA caseload in the Spartanburg center.
• Work with practicum students.
