Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a Physician Liaison to expand access to compassionate autism care by building durable referral relationships with pediatricians and other clinicians in the Maryland region. This field-based role requires travel within the assigned territory and engagement through educational programs and events.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and excels at relationship-building, with experience in healthcare outreach, sales, or marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, physician relations, business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Confident and engaging communicator who is comfortable meeting with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to independently manage a geographic territory.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workweek in the field and traveling throughout an assigned market.
• Strong follow-through and accountability with a focus on measurable results.
• Ability to use CRM tools to manage relationships, document activity, and track performance.
• Passion for helping children and families access high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsabilités

• Develop and strengthen referral relationships with pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals serving children with autism.
• Conduct regular provider office visits, lunch‑and‑learns, and educational presentations.
• Serve as a trusted resource for providers by sharing information about autism diagnostic pathways and CSABA’s referral process.
• Develop territory-based outreach plans to increase provider engagement and grow patient volume.
• Identify new referral opportunities and cultivate relationships with high-potential providers and healthcare organizations.
• Maintain regular communication with referring providers and ensure timely updates on patient referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to involve physicians in educational programs and community events.
