Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA services for children and adolescents with autism. The role emphasizes designing individualized, data-driven treatment plans and providing clinical guidance to ensure accurate and effective implementation within a collaborative team.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), analyze behavioral data, and update care plans as progress is observed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with strong ABA expertise.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Strong data analysis and thorough documentation skills.
• Experience coaching staff and collaborating with families and schools.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and oversee data-driven ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct FBAs to identify needs and target behaviors.
• Analyze behavioral data and update care plans based on progress.
• Provide clinical guidance to ensure effective implementation.
• Train and supervise RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families to promote family-centered strategies.
• Coordinate with schools and other providers to support client outcomes.
