Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing or healthcare-related field.
- 3+ years as Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
- CA NP PA or CNM licensure/certification as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Directly manages APP functional areas and oversees staff performance.
- Partners with clinical and administrative leadership on initiatives.
- Develops and implements quality and process improvement programs.
- On-boards new APP staff and ensures scope of practice alignment.
- Manages scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll for direct reports.
- Evaluates productivity and drives performance improvements.
- Participates in hospital-wide APP committees and initiatives.
- Performs clinical practice duties as required.
