Job summary

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the Anesthesiology Department at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) delivers patient‑centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Enhanced knowledge of pediatric patient care principles and ability to manage specialty patient care and emergencies.
• Pediatric ICU experience preferred; CERNER/KIDS charting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in anesthesiology in collaboration with the care team.
• Contribute to divisional quality improvement initiatives and improve clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and team members; support orientation.
• APP coverage may require regularly scheduled days and occasional weekends.
