Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced RN for the Wake Forest Health Network: High Point pediatrics unit. You will provide direct patient care, use evidence-based practices, and participate in the continuum of care with families.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. 40-hour schedule Monday to Friday with 8:00 am–5:00 pm shifts and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges in the state(s) of practice.
• Typically requires 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Maintains accurate and timely EHR documentation.
