Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Nurse Manager-Ambulatory to lead the clinical operations, quality, and service across ambulatory locations in Orlando, Florida. This role focuses on ensuring adequate staffing, daily operations, and a patient- and family-centered care model within Nemours' ambulatory network.

Responsibilities include staff development, budget adherence, and participation in governance activities to advance quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or another field preferred.
• Current Florida Nursing license in good standing.
• Current AHA BLS Certification required.
• Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience preferred.
• Travel may be required to other clinic locations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical operations, quality, and service for Ambulatory Clinic locations.
• Ensure adequate staffing and training; manage staffing levels as needed.
• Promote patient- and family-centered care and Nemours governance in ambulatory care.
