Qualifications

• Pediatric office experience required.
• RN license for Delaware; BSN preferred with a plan to obtain BSN within 3 years of hire.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with clinical team and providers to coordinate care.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect blood specimens.
• Safely administer medications as prescribed and document care.
• Triages patient calls using pediatric protocols and telehealth standards.
• Assist providers with in-office procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting patient status and care outcomes.
