Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative to join our patient-centered team. You will manage DME intake in Brightree, coordinate referrals, and ensure accurate patient and insurer information for billing and service delivery.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, supportive Customer Service department and play a critical role in serving medically complex children and their families with compassion and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or 16 months of related experience.
• DME intake/admissions experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, problem-solving and communication skills; customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform DME intake through the Brightree database.
• Coordinate New Product Request process and CS helpdesk activities.
• Handle patient referrals and obtain insurance authorization information as required.
• Process and coordinate paperwork for intake and billing.
• Attend on-call shifts as needed and support evening/saturday rotations.
