Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with a comprehensive, functional plan.
• Maintains accurate patient documentation: evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes.
• Meets department productivity and budgeted expectations; adjusts schedules as needed.
• Participates in process improvement to raise quality and efficiency of services.
• Promotes professional development and education for staff; participates in in-service programs.
• Supervises PT and PTA students to develop clinical skills and ensure quality care.
• Communicates professionally with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers.
• Ensures age/developmental appropriate care for patients served.
• Contributes to a cooperative work environment through teamwork and strong communication.
