Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our center-based ABA therapy team. You will work one-on-one with young children, collaborating with clinicians to implement customized therapy plans in a play-based environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on training, growth opportunities toward BCBA, and a supportive culture focused on helping children with autism reach their full potential. Most roles run Monday–Friday, 11 AM–6 PM.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Willingness to be part of a caring, team-oriented culture.
• Commitment to show up daily and support learner progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy one-on-one with children (ages 18 months to school age) in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement customized therapy plans.
• Use creativity in a play-based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Help children progress in educational and social settings and prepare for school transition.
• Track and document progress for each child as programs are implemented.
• Be part of a supportive team aligned with Lighthouse Core Values.
