Job summary

Skill Builders ABA in Hanna, Wyoming is seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs who love working with children and families. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings under plans designed by experienced BCBAs.

You will collect session data, follow individualized behavior plans, collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA, and bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session.

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification (required).
• Experience working with children (ABA experience is a plus).
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!).
• Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA.
• Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session.
