Job summary

Orange Pediatric Therapy, Inc. seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our full-time, on-site team in the Greater Chicago Area.

You will implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBA supervisors, collect data, and support skill development in communication, social, and self-help domains. This role requires compassionate, child-centered care, adherence to ethical guidelines, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ABA treatment plans and data collection.
• Ability to build rapport with children and collaborate with families.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and work with BCBAs and teams.
• Strong time management and organization in a pediatric setting.
• RBT certification active or eligibility to obtain within a set timeframe preferred.
• Experience in pediatric ABA or related fields is beneficial.
• High school diploma required; higher education preferred in psychology/education/behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children in the Greater Chicago Area.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs and collect data on targeted behaviors.
• Assist in skill-building across communication, social, self-help, and play domains.
• Follow behavior intervention protocols and support generalization in clinic and community settings.
• Communicate observations to supervisors and participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Partner with families to reinforce strategies and goals and maintain safe, engaging environments.
