Orange Pediatric Therapy, Inc. seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our full-time, on-site team in the Greater Chicago Area.

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in the Greater Chicago Area as part of a collaborative clinical team. This full-time, on-site role includes implementing treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collecting and recording data on targeted behaviors, and assisting in skill-building across communication, social, self-help, and play domains. The RBT will follow behavior intervention protocols, support generalization of skills in clinic and community settings, and maintain a safe, engaging environment for each child. Day-to-day responsibilities also include communicating observations to supervisors, participating in team meetings and training, and partnering with families to reinforce strategies and goals. The role requires adherence to ethical and professional guidelines and consistent use of compassionate, child-centered care.
