Qualifications
Possess an active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT; highly preferred, but not required).
Have a year of experience in working with children with autism and/or related developmental disabilities (required).
Pursuing (with at least 2 years completed) and/or hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (highly preferred, but not required).
Responsibilities
Delivering ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format.
Accurately implementing skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans.
Accurately implement behavior reduction plans and protocols.
Collecting data into a data collection system.
Maintaining Private Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA.
