Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring Part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA instruction in Bergen County, NJ. You will work with BCBA-led plans, meet families, collect daily data, and support home and community applications.

We value passion for helping children, reliability in a home-based setting, and collaboration with an experienced team. Travel to cases is required and compensation is based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working with children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting
• Experience using ABA preferred
• Holds RBT Certification from BACB

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs and home/community resources
• Collect daily data and organize the childs program book weekly
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations
