Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic is seeking a caregiver in its Center for Autism to support ABA therapy for children with ASD under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on data collection, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with families to generalize skills at home and in clinic settings.

Typical schedule is 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to contribute to progress notes, parent training, and multidisciplinary coordination as part of a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 40-hour RBT coursework completed and competency assessment within 30 days.
• Must complete 40-hour coursework prior to start date and RBT competency assessment and exam within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work with diverse families and build rapport.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire baseline data and implement ABA treatment plans consistently.
• Assist BCBA in functional behavior assessments and data collection.
• Communicate progress with parents and support home training.
• Participate in required supervision with BCBA.
