Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Middleburg Heights location. You will provide individualized ABA treatment for children with ASD, under BCBA supervision, and interact closely with families to support skill development, communication, and adaptive behavior.

The role runs weekdays 8:00am-4:30pm in the Middleburg Heights Children’s Center Autism program, focusing on data-driven plans, progress tracking, and collaboration with the speech

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 6 months ABA experience.
• Successful completion of coursework for Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT).
• Must complete 40-hour coursework prior to start date and RBT competency assessment and exam within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work with parents of diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilités

• Acquire baseline data and implement approved treatment plan using ABA strategies.
• Assist Outpatient Behavior Analyst in functional behavior assessments and data collection.
• Communicate progress with parents and guide home generalization strategies.
• Participate in required supervision with Outpatient Behavior Analyst.
