ABA Abilities LLC in Bridgeville, PA, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time on-site role. You will implement individualized ABA plans, provide direct 1:1 support to young children with ASD, and collect data to monitor progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Role involves collaboration with BCBAs, supervision, and regular communication with families while maintaining a safe, structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Willingness to complete ongoing training and supervision.
• Ability to sit or kneel at child level and assist with transitions in a safe manner.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 support to children with ASD in a preschool-like setting.
• Run structured teaching programs and collect data on targeted behaviors and skills.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors, participate in team meetings and trainings, and communicate progress with caregivers.
