Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a start-up clinic in Ramsey, NJ. You will establish clinical standards, recruit and lead a team, and shape the patient experience while collaborating with Ivy Health across real estate, operations, marketing, and finance.

The role requires BCBA licensure (current or pending) and pediatric experience. This leadership position offers equity and strong growth in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across relevant departments.
