DV Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA sessions in our Palmdale center and clients’ homes, under BCBA supervision. You’ll help children build communication, daily living, and social skills, while sessions are tracked for progress and shared with the BCBA and family.
We offer strong support, liability insurance, mental health resources, paid time off, and a clear growth pathway toward BCBA credentials, with a collaborative, student-friendly culture.
At DV Therapy, Behavior Technicians are the people kids see most. You're the one on the floor building skills one session at a time, celebrating the first time a child asks for a snack with words, or makes it through a transition without a melt du. That work matters, and we treat it that way.
You’ll deliver ABA sessions in our Palmdale center and in clients’ homes, following treatment plans written by your BCBA. You won’t be figuring it out alone. Your BCBA and Program Manager supervise you, give you feedback in real time, and keep training you so you get better at this every month.
Our whole company runs on a “Fan First” approach. We want families to leave as fans, not just clients. The same goes for our team. If you’re early in your career and want to learn ABA the right way, or you’re an experienced RBT thinking about where this career goes next, this is a good place to grow.
Every Behavior Technician, full-time or part-time:
Many of our BTs want to become BCBAs, and we want to help get them there. We have a pathway in place today, and we’re actively building it out. If you’re thinking about grad school and a BCBA career, tell us. People who want this path are helping us shape what it becomes.
DV Therapy is a multidisciplinary clinic providing ABA, OT, and Speech services in both home and clinical settings. We are committed to delivering compassionate care, effective treatment plans, and continuous support to our clients and staff.

"I’ve worked in ABA-only clinics before. Having ST and OT down the hall means I’m learning something new every week, not just from trainings, but from lunch conversations."
— Devin R., BCBA, Santa Fe Springs
"The multidisciplinary setup here means I never feel like I’m guessing in my own silo. If I have a question about a kid’s motor planning, the OT is right there, not three referrals away."
— Jordan K., RBT, Palmdale
"I love that leadership actually invests in team building. It's not just a pizza party once a year, it's a whole culture of showing up for each other."
— Selena M., Speech‑Language Pathologist Assistant, Santa Fe Springs
