Job summary

DV Therapy Learning Center is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support children with special needs under supervision of a BCBA and Program Manager. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent care.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR and TB tests, and offers both full-time and part-time options with benefits. ABA experience and RBT certification are a plus, as is bilingual Spanish ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus.
• CPR certification and TB test required.
• ABA experience preferred; RBT certification is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement skill-building programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Work directly with children to promote communication, adaptive behaviors, and skill acquisition.
• Collect and record data to assess treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure consistent care.
• Assist with creating therapy materials and session stimuli.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain ABA best practices.
