Job summary

DV Therapy Learning Center in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our multidisciplinary team. You will implement ABA treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA and Program Manager, working directly with children to promote communication and skill acquisition.

The role requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and certification preferences such as ABA experience or RBT.

Qualifications

• ABA experience preferred; RBT certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
