Job summary

Affirmer Home Care is seeking a compassionate RN to deliver 1:1 pediatric nursing care for a medically complex 2-year-old in East Rutherford, NJ. You will manage tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and G-tube feedings, with ongoing respiratory monitoring in a home setting.

Requirements: NJ RN license, current BLS, and experience with trach/vent/G-tube care. Shifts include day, evening and overnight with long-term case stability; flexible scheduling and driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Experience with tracheostomy, vent care, and G-tube feeding.
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home.
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator support.
• Perform trach care, suctioning, and airway management.
• Administer and monitor G-tube feedings.
• Assess respiratory status and respond to changes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with family.
