Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate RN to provide 1:1 pediatric in-home nursing for a patient in Vernon, NJ. The role involves tracheostomy, ventilator care and G-J tube management, with long-term scheduling on a 24/7 case.

You will join a supportive pediatric team delivering high-quality, family-centered care in the home setting, with opportunities for flexible day/night shifts and consistent hours.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Experience with trach, ventilator and G-J tube care preferred.
• Current BLS certification and US work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focusing on safety and stability.
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator support, provide suctioning.
• Administer and monitor G-J tube feedings as ordered.
• Assess respiratory status and respond to changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with family.
