Job summary

Agile is hiring a hands-on Assembly Technician (Pedestal Builder) to produce wooden pedestals for shower bases. You will follow drawings, use power and hand tools, and ensure quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Role requires basic carpentry experience, ability to read instructions, and diligence in safety. 2nd shift schedule is 1:00 pm–9:30 pm with potential overtime; located in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior carpentry, woodworking, or related hands-on experience preferred.
• Familiarity with common hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Build wooden pedestals to support custom shower base products.
• Follow drawings, measurements, and build instructions.
• Safely operate rulers, saws, nail guns, drills, and sanders.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish materials accurately.
• Perform quality checks on pedestals and components.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
