Agile is seeking a hands-on and dependable Assembly Technician (Pedestal Builder) to support the production of custom shower bases. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently constructing wooden pedestals that support and maintain the proper shape of custom shower bases. The Pedestal Builder will use a variety of hand and power tools, follow established build specifications, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean and safe production area. The ideal candidate has basic carpentry or woodworking experience, is comfortable using power tools, and can accurately follow measurements, instructions, and production requirements.
