Job summary

Agile Building Solutions, part of Home Brands Group LLC, is seeking a hands-on Assembly Technician (Pedestal Builder) to support the production of wooden pedestals for custom shower bases. You will follow drawings, use hand and power tools, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe production area.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and basic carpentry or woodworking experience. Attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior carpentry, woodworking, manufacturing, or related hands-on experience preferred.
• Familiarity with common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Build wooden pedestals used to support custom shower bases.
• Follow drawings, measurements, work instructions, and build guidelines.
• Safely operate rulers, saws, nail guns, drills, and sanders.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish materials to spec.
• Perform quality checks on pedestal components and report issues.
