Job summary

Agile Building Solutions is seeking a dependable Fiberglass Operator to support the manufacturing of high-quality shower base products in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves preparing and applying fiberglass, reinforcing shower bases, and performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

You will follow work orders, maintain logs, and ensure safety procedures while contributing to a collaborative manufacturing team. Evening shift with potential overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related manufacturing experience, training, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, work orders, and procedure manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and established manufacturing processes.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment, chemicals, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture shower bases according to work orders, specifications, and quality standards.
• Properly handle and work with fiberglass materials and chemicals.
• Apply fiberglass thoroughly and consistently to required products.
• Reinforce shower base products according to established procedures.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Maintain production logs, reports, and work orders.
• Monitor material and supply inventory and notify when restock is needed.
• Identify and communicate product, equipment, safety, or production concerns promptly.
• Follow safety procedures related to chemicals, machinery, and PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support other production activities as needed.
