This position is responsible for overseeing the entire convenience store operations including checkout, merchandise layout, product inventory, daily paperwork, and maintenance. Recruits, hires, trains, and leads convenience store team members. The Convenience Store Manager must build sales and ensure excellent customer service by establishing a positive, upbeat atmosphere in the store. members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
• Good oral and written communication
• Desire to help customers
• Ability to obtain liquor licensure as required by state or by local municipality law
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications/licensures as required
• Driver's License for daily bank deposits as applicable
