Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Convenience Store Manager for the Pecos Pit Stop location.

You will oversee all store operations, including checkout, inventory, merchandising, daily paperwork, and maintenance, while upholding DMG values. You will recruit, hire, train, and lead the store team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service by creating a positive, upbeat atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Desire to help customers.
• Ability to obtain liquor licensure as required by state or local municipality law.
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications/licensures as required.
• Driver's License for daily bank deposits as applicable.
• Commitment to excellence in customer service and DMG Values.
• Some weekend and holiday availability is required.
