Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is seeking a friendly, outgoing Convenience Store Assistant Manager for the Pecos Pit Stop location.

You will assist the Store Manager with daily tasks including checkout, cash control, merchandising, inventory, food production, bookkeeping, and maintenance. You will process customer purchases, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and supervise and coach team members.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth daily operations and support Store Manager with daily tasks (checkout, cash control, merchandise layout).
• Manage inventory, food production, bookkeeping and maintenance as needed.

Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join out team at our Pecos Pit Stop location. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and assists the Store Manager with daily tasks such as checkout, controlling cash, merchandise layout, managing inventory, food production, bookkeeping, and maintenance. This position is responsible for processing customer purchases, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and supervising, training and coaching team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive and friendly
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
• Good oral and written communication
• Desire to help customers
• Ability to obtain liquor licensure as required by state or by local municipality law
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications/licensures as required
• Commitment to excellence in customer service and DMG Values
• Some weekend and holiday availability is required
