Job summary

Diversified Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Convenience Store Assistant Manager at the Pecos Pit Stop location. You will support daily operations, assist with checkout, cash control, merchandising, inventory, food production, bookkeeping and maintenance, and help ensure customer satisfaction.

You will supervise, train and coach team members, align with DMG values, and contribute to a fast-paced, service-focused environment.\n

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Desire to help customers.
• Ability to obtain liquor licensure as required by state or local law.

Shift: Variable

Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join out team at our Pecos Pit Stop location. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and assists the Store Manager with daily tasks such as checkout, controlling cash, merchandise layout, managing inventory, food production, bookkeeping, and maintenance. This position is responsible for processing customer purchases, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and supervising, training and coaching team members.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive and friendly
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
• Good oral and written communication
• Desire to help customers
• Ability to obtain liquor licensure as required by state or by local municipality law
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications/licensures as required
