The role focuses on restoring pallets to safe, industry-ready condition and requires using nail guns and saws to replace damaged boards while upholding strict durability and quality standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment with a pay structure rewarding speed and accuracy, including a base pay plus performance pay. Benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manual labor.
• Familiarity with nail guns, power saws, and hand tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for 8–10 hours; willingness to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets for damage and wear; identify structural issues.
• Repair pallets using nail guns and power saws; replace boards as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; perform routine tool maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
