Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate mix times and temps logs.

• Prep and assemble pastries: tarts, pies, cakes, croissants, Danishes, cinnamon rolls.
• Maintain quality and production standards.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, FSMA guidelines and safety procedures.
• Operate and sanitize equipment safely.
