Job summary

Caban Resources in the United States is seeking a Beneficiary Services Representative (PEBLO) to serve the MTF and region, providing Disability Evaluation System guidance, data collection, medical coordination, and support through DES, MEB, and TDRL processes.

You will liaise with service members, commanders, and stakeholders, coordinate travel, advise on benefits and legal rights, and track cases from referral to disposition, ensuring compliance with DoD instructions and directives.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage MTF functions.
• Experience handling complex disability evaluation issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of DES processing regulations and TRICARE program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PEBLO for DES guidance and MEB/IDES processing.
• Coordinate evaluation appointments and travel logistics.
• Advise service members on entitlements, rights, and benefits.
• Maintain and safeguard medical information per privacy laws.
