Job summary

Destiny Management Services, LLC is seeking a PEBLO professional to serve at a medical treatment facility and oversee DES guidelines, data collection, and coordination for DES/MEB processing. You will advise service members, commanders, and stakeholders on benefits, entitlements, and procedures, including travel and related requirements.

The role requires multi-agency liaison work with DoD and VBA/VHA entities, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation across the IDES workflow.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DES processing regulations, instructions, procedures, and policies to assure timely case processing.
• Effective interpersonal communication to motivate, train, and assist diverse service members and staff.
• Ability to gather data, analyze statistics, and prepare reports for IDES performance.
• Experience handling fitness-for-duty and disability evaluation issues.
• Practical understanding of TRICARE program and related benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide Disability Evaluation System (DES) guidance per DoD guidelines.
• Coordinate DES cases from referral to disposition across multiple stakeholders.
• Communicate rights, benefits, and responsibilities to service members and families.
• Schedule and coordinate MEB/IDES-related appointments and travel.
• Maintain and safeguard medical information and assist in appeals/rebuttals as needed.
