Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in Bernville, PA is hiring Warehouse Team Members for the 2nd shift during peak season. Start date is immediate with hours 3:30 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, and daily OT possible through the phase.

Pay rate is $16.75 per hour with overtime pay for hours over 40. Candidates must pass a drug screen, background check, and wear steel-toe shoes on site. Flexibility to work 6–7 days during peak volume is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse picking, packing, or production environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed.
• Operate heat seal machinery and assist with warehouse tasks.
• Support inventory tasks and general labor as needed.
