Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in Bernville, PA is hiring Warehouse Team Members for the 2nd shift during peak season. Start date is immediate with hours 3:30 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, and daily OT possible through the phase.

Pay rate is $16.75 per hour with overtime pay for hours over 40. Candidates must pass a drug screen, background check, and wear steel-toe shoes on site. Flexibility to work 6–7 days during peak volume is required.

Immediate Start: Peak Season Warehouse Team Members (2nd Shift)

Looking to make extra cash ahead of the busy season? We are partnering with a top-tier client in Bernville, PA to hire reliable Warehouse Team Members for their massive peak season, starting Monday, September 28th!

Pay Rate

$16.75 per hour (Plus OT pay for hours worked over 40)

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday)

Base Hours: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Overtime Hours: 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Daily OT)

Flexibility Requirement: Must be flexible to stay late for daily OT and work 6-7 days a week as needed during peak volume.

Ability to pass a drug screen

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Must wear steel-toe safety shoes on site

High flexibility regarding daily overtime and mandatory weekend shifts

Responsibilities

In this fast-paced role, you will perform essential fulfillment duties to keep production moving efficiently. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to picking and packing orders with accuracy, operating heat seal machinery and assisting with general warehouse labor and inventory tasks.

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for packing and heat-sealing tasks
• Basic math and reading comprehension for order accuracy and inventory tracking
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and ability to meet hourly production quotas
