Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods while maintaining accurate stock records.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, with a 6.25% shift differential to $17.53 per hour and opportunities to earn up to $25 per hour based on performance. Benefits include performance incentives and 50% brand discounts. A respectful, inclusive team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Basic education—reading, writing, numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

• Follow procedures to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods.
• Perform tasks such as receiving, stocking, loading, unloading, picking, and operating heavy equipment like pallet jacks.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing items, record data in systems, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Work independently to meet individual production goals accurately.
