Job summary

S&S Activewear in Reading, PA is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate II for 90 days with potential extension. The role involves picking, packing, receiving, and shipping in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay is $19.57 per hour with full-time, non-exempt hours, onsite at 2 Ontelaunee Drive, Reading, PA. Benefits and growth opportunities accompany seasonal employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping product safely and accurately.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (certified).
• Meet KPI targets for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or mis-identified packages.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
• Cross-train for additional duties as needed.
