Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions in Fairless Hills, PA is hiring a Warehouse Associate for direct hire. We offer full-time and part-time shifts with pay rates from $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience. Shifts run from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with flexible scheduling.

You will handle picking and packing, receiving, organizing inventory, and general upkeep. 2–3 years of warehouse experience is preferred; pallet jack and cherry picker certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/move inventory up to 40 lbs.
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong communication skills.
• Basic math and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments.
• Sorting and organizing product on racks and shelves.
• Receiving, unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming inventory.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and cherry pickers.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Assisting with inventory management and record keeping.
• Supporting process improvements and team collaboration.
