Job summary

Indiana Packers Corporation (IPC) is seeking Associate Production Peak Season team members for the Hot Side. This full-time position supports harvesting, skinning, cutting, trimming and eviscerating meat products in a fast-paced facility.

You will work with a team, follow safety protocols, and help meet daily production goals with supportive on-the-job training. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available Aug 2026–Feb 2027.
• Able to work in a hot or cold, fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Previous meat processing or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks including harvesting, skinning, trimming, cutting and eviscerating meat products.
• Operate production machinery following proper procedures.
• Work with team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols including PPE usage.
• Keep work areas clean and ready for production.
• Support food safety and USDA compliance.
• Assist supervisors with additional duties as assigned.
