Job summary

Candidates must be 18+, able to work Aug 2026–Feb 2027, and lift up to 50 lbs with good stamina.

Training is provided and safety protocols, including PPE, must be followed. Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, and some weekends, is expected to support

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available Aug 2026 through Feb 2027.
• Able to work in a cold, fast-paced environment.
• Previous meat processing or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks such as cutting, trimming, deboning, packaging, labeling, and preparing meat products.
• Operate production machinery following proper procedures.
• Support food safety and quality assurance per USDA regulations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols and wear PPE.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas for production readiness.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist supervisors with additional duties as needed.
