Job summary

The Alcohol Compliance Crew at Crystal Mountain ensures the sale and service of alcohol complies with local, state, and federal regulations. You will monitor venues, check IDs, and guide staff on responsible service to guests.

Requires 21+ age, ability to stand through shifts, read IDs, and understand regulations. Reports to Senior Food & Beverage Managers and Venue Managers at Crystal Mountain, Washington. Wage ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to stand, walk and maneuver through crowds during shift.
• Able to read and understand accepted ID forms (Passport, State ID, Driver's License, etc.).
• Able to identify valid vs. false IDs.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal alcohol regulations.
• Must be proficient riding skis or snowboard.

Responsibilities

• Ensure signage for responsible alcohol service is posted.
• Monitor company policy on portioning and drink limits.
• Perform alcohol safety related duties as assigned.
• Support department initiatives and maintain relationships across the business.
• Ensure no service to intoxicated individuals or minors.
• Monitor hours of service and cut-off times.
