Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Facilities support professional responsible for issuing and tracking work orders generated from customers and the maintenance system.

The role supports department managers and monitors alarms to ensure continuous operations. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience; familiarity with database systems and professional phone manners is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of job-related experience is required.
• No license required; however, experience with data base systems and phone etiquette experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue scheduled and unscheduled work orders from customers and the maintenance computer system.
• Close out work orders and file to maintain history.
• Create preventative work orders.
• Answer phones for department managers.
• Create data driven spreadsheets as directed.
• Monitor Bulk Gas low level alarms.
• Monitor Generator and Boiler Alarms.
• Dispatch Negative Room Requests from Infection Control.
• Miscellaneous as directed.

Qualifications

Required Education:
