Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP seeks a Manager to lead finance and accounting transformation engagements for private equity sponsors and middle-market portfolio companies. You will help clients improve operating models, strengthen accounting processes, and build scalable infrastructure to support growth and exit readiness.

The role combines client delivery, business development support, thought leadership, and practice building, with responsibility for project execution, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in finance transformation, accounting advisory, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, close, reporting, and working capital.
• Proven experience leading transformation initiatives and project management.
• Strong client-facing communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting transformation engagements for PE sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Manage R2R, O2C, P2P, and controllership transformation initiatives.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Lead workshops with CFOs, controllers, and PE executives.
• Ensure quality, budget management, and client satisfaction.
